Return & Exchange policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not satisfied, we offer the following policy:

1. Eligibility:

Returns/exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

Sale/discounted items.

Customized or altered products.

3. Process:

Once approved, send the item back to our boutique address.

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued as store credit or to the original payment method.

4. Shipping Costs:

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refund will be credited to original payment method within 7 business days.

6. Replacement Policy

Replacement orders will be delivered within 7 business days.
